What is the solution to get to watch streaming video on my computer level 2 1 point 1 year ago Silencio79, did you ever get an answer for this issue I am having the same issue trying to watch Directv on Windows 10.

Have tried all browsers (Chrome, IE11, Edge, Firefox) and same results, it keeps saying I need to install Flash.

I click ok and it downloads the CiscoVideoGuard installs it and nothing.

The DirecTV web player still does not support Mountain Lion as per the system requirements which I find rather upsetting as this operating system was released July 2012.

Whats the hold up The next OSX will soon be released meaning DirecTV will be two OS versions behind in their support.

The DIRECTV2PC application does not work for me either and its unbearable in Parallels Windows 7.

Maybe you had it installed prior to OS upgrade After faux installation, when attempting to watch a program it always gets stuck at 85.

Plugging directly into cable modem (eliminating routerfirewall) makes no difference either.

Remember the installation didnt fully complete either due to an error so I dont have anything in my Applications that alludes to an uninstaller.

This all may be more trouble than its worth.D TV should just identify the portsprotocols it needs.

I cant get it to work in Firefox as it does not recognize that Direct TV Player is even installed and keeps prompting to install (sounds like an unrelated Firefox-specific issue).
